Phoenix Flowers

A ribbon of 50 coloured aluminium “flowers” illuminate the underpass, fluttering over 8m up in the air, drawing the visitor through the space in deliberate contrast to the solidity of the concrete, evoking a memory of the former Phoenix Park.
